  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • In baking dish, cut up the butter and add the olive oil while oven is preheating to melt and heat the mixture.
  • Wash fish fillets, pat dry. Season with your preference of seasonings. Add to the heated butter and oil. Lastly add the diced red bell pepper.
  • Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or till fish is flaky.

I really enjoyed this dish. This was a little of me and a little of my husband compromised. The red bell pepper gave the fish a nice added touch. Husband said it remined him of Red Lobsters "lobster fondu" dish. Hope you try it and enjoy!!
