  • In large mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • After mixed well, pour mixture in a lightly buttered 13x9 baking dish.
  • Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes or until golden brown on top.

Notes

This recipe can be used as a breakfast, lunch, or dinner side dish. Very yummy.

This is such a great summer recipe - I cut the recipe in half for 2 portions and I was able to cook it in my toaster oven - bonus for keeping the kitchen cool. I'm not a big salmon fan but Husband loves it, so I made it anyway and I didn't mind it at all. The sugar snap peas were in bad shape at the store, so I used snow peas instead.

My kids are not big on fish of any flavor...so when I made this dinner I expected a negative response, but what I got was surprising...only one person at our table didn't like it and she is super picky about everything, we did have to add more than the recipe called for (dressing) for more flavor.
