  • Lemon Cherry Syrup
  • 1. Boil water. Add cherries, chopped lemon peel, corn syrup, sugar, salt, and lemon juice.
  • 2. Boil for 10 minutes.
  • 3. Put in freezer for 25 minutes.
  • Ice Cream
  • 1. Process in blender sherbet and Cool Whip in blender.
  • 2. Add cool lemon cherry syrup.
  • 3. Blend for 30 seconds.
  • 4. Freeze until set, stirring twice.
  • Mint Syrup:
  • 1. Add all ingredients in saucepan.
  • 2. Boil for 10 minutes, cool.
