  • Pound chicken to a 1/4 inch thickness. Salt and pepper the chicken on both sides. Add a thin piece of ham, and a slice of Baby Swiss cheese on top. Roll the chicken up.
  • Dip chicken in the melted butter, then the egg, then coat in Kraft Parmesan Cheese. Then put tooth picks in to hold. Use a foil lined cookie sheet, using butter cooking spray to coat.
  • Place chicken on foil and bake at 350 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes. Ovens vary. I then put it on broil for a few minutes to brown the top slightly. Turn oven off, and add an additional piece of halved Swiss cheese, till melted.
