  • Brown ground beef in a 10-inch skillet; drain. Stir in corn, chili powder, beans and tomato sauce.
  • Simmer uncovered 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Sprinkle with tortilla chips and cheese. Cover; heat about 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.

    This was fast and easy and tasted great. I did make a few changes I used salsa instead of tomato sauce, canned corn instead of frozen and kraft mexican shredded cheese. We topped it with sour cream and next time i will put the chips on the side they get to soggy when they are mixed in.

    To make it a little more spicy, I added 1/2 pound of bob evans hot and zesty sausage.
