  • Cook spaghetti as directed on package. Salt and pepper scallops. Put flour and Creole seasoning in Ziploc bag and mix. Put scallops in bag and shake to coat well.
  • Heat oil on med-high heat in large frying pan or saute pan. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add scallops and cook until opaque turning only once. Remove scallops from pan.
  • Add spinach pour water over and cook until wilted, add vinegar and toss to mix, add scallops back to pan with spinach and toss to mix well. Add bacon crumbles and remove from heat. Toss with drained pasta in large pasta bowl. Serve with crunchy French bread.
