  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute onions and celery in butter until celery is soft and onions are translucent.
  • Mix onion mixture, stuffing mix, water and poultry seasoning. Then add ground turkey and egg, mix well.
  • Form into a meatloaf and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until a meat thermometer reads 170 degrees.


I served this with mashed potatoes, gravy and cranberry sauce for a quick taste of Thanksgiving any time.

    Tasted good. Added some pepper, salt, Worchestire sauce and a liiiiitttttle more liquid. Cooked an extra 10 minutes and perfection

    had never used ground turkey before & was looking for something different. this tasted great, easy to make. even my picky granddaughter liked it. used 1/2C gravy instead of water. would love to have this often but i read the package & saw the amount of cholesterol in the turkey, so it'll have to be a once in awhile special meal.
