I use sugar free ingredients, and put fresh or canned fruit on top. Even non diabetics have raved about this recipe.
I make with orange Jell-O, and put mandarin oranges on top. Lemon, lime, strawberry, and peach are all great. If I can't find the yogurt flavor in the 'no added sugar' or fat free, I just get plain, the Jell-O puts enough flavor in it for me.
I may cut in 6 pieces, feel like I'm cheating, but not really.
