  • Melt butter in large saucepan, add flour. Gradually add broth and milk. Cook until thickened. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Make pastry. Roll dough to 1/4" thickness. Pour pot pie mix into casserole (2 qt.) and top with crust.
  • Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes.

Notes

You may also add a can of drained corn along with the peas and carrots. It adds just a little extra. This recipe is so easy and the end result is so delicious! Enjoy!

    I don't cook often at all, in fact my boyfriend usually does ALL the cooking. But this recipe was so easy and fun to make. I already had most of the ingredients before making this, so it didn't cost much for me to make it. IT WAS EXCELLENT. I might start cooking more often. Thank You.
