  • 1: In a large kettle, melt the butter. Add chicken broth, cream of celery soup and 1/2 can water. Add the chopped veggies and seasonings, simmer 2-3 minutes.
  • 2: Add the thawed spinach (with the juice) and the cheese. Stir to blend. Add the stuffing, blend well. Pour this into a lightly sprayed casserole dish.
  • 3: Bake uncovered at 350°F for about 25 minutes (until lightly browned).
