  • 1. Place all in skillet.
  • 2. Cook on low/medium heat for about 90 minutes (flip tomatoes and jalapeños occasionally).
  • 3. They are done when black on the outside, and falling apart on the inside.
  • 4. Place tomatoes in blender.
  • 5. Add 1/4 of a de-seeded jalapeno.
  • 6. Blend.
  • 7. Continue adding de-seeded jalapeno to desired spiciness.
  • 8. Add salt, pepper, lime juice and cilantro to taste.
  • 9. Blend and serve warm.

Notes

This is a warm, non-chunky salsa.
