  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In large skillet, brown meat. When meat is brown use 2/3 taco seasoning (follow directions on back of packet) set rest aside. Add 1/3 can of tomato sauce to meat and seasoning, set rest aside. Stir together until well blended. In a sauce pan pour rest of tomato sauce, taco seasoning and chili together. Bring to a low boil. Blend well.
  • If tortillas are cold, warm in microwave for 30 seconds. Then, one at a time, fill tortillas with meat blend and a small amount of cheese. Roll tortillas and place seam on bottom of casserole dish. Once you have rolled all the meat or filled the casserole dish place a layer of cheese on top of enchiladas. Then pour the chili blend on top of enchiladas. Cover top with cheese and chopped onion.
  • Place in oven until cheese is melted (about 15-20 minutes). Set aside to let cool. Enjoy!
