  • Mix cream cheese, chives, garlic powder, and capers; set aside.
  • Peel English cucumber lengthwise alternating so to leave some green peel. Scoop out center with a melon baller being careful not to go through the other side. Fill centers with cream cheese mixture and top with chopped dill.
  • The cucumbers can be prepared ahead, but be sure to blot dry before filling. The cream cheese filling makes a better presentation when piped into the cucumbers with a pastry bag.
