  • Boil a big pot of water. Peel potatoes. Cut potatoes into small pieces and place into boiling water; let boil until semi-soft. Place 5 eggs into a smaller, boiling pot of water for 15 minutes. Grate 3 carrots; place in bowl.
  • When potatoes are ready, drain them. Place into aluminum pan. Add 6-8 tablespoons of mayonnaise. Mix the mayonnaise and the potatoes until there are no dry spots.
  • After being in boiling water for 15 minutes, take out eggs and let cold water run over them. Crack egg shells and cut them into slices over the potatoes. Get the shredded carrots and mix it all in. Add 2 pinches of salt and one teaspoon of vinegar. Refrigerate until cooled.
