To make it a meal:
Appetizer- Fresh greens salad with sliced tomato, sliced red onion, and 1/4 of an avocado sliced with a drizzle of olive oil and fresh lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper. (Per Plate)
Dish Sides- White rice and black beans.
Dessert- Fried plantains with a pinch of sugar and a drizzle of honey!
