  • Add ingredients in order listed into a blender. Pulse 2 or 3 times to chop ice then blend for about 1 minute. Serve immediately in two tall glasses.

Notes

I have used a variety of fruits and a blend of peaches and strawberrries is my favorite. The addition of honey and yogurt make the drink different and tasty, but are not necessary. A young friend, who is limited in fruit choices asked for a banana only smoothie. I used three medium to small bananas and some honey and he loved it! This is good for a quick breakfast and makes a great low calorie snack in the afternoon.
