  • Combine warm potatoes with onion salt and parsley.
  • Combine vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Pour over potatoes: toss lightly with fork. Add all remaining ingredients and mix gently.
  • Place the sliced boiled egg on top of potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and chill for two hours or overnight.
