  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Beat eggs slightly in large bowl; stir in milk, sugar, flour, nutmeg and rhubarb.
  • Pour into pastry lined pie plate; dot with butter. Cover with lattice top crust and flute. Build up a high pastry edge to prevent juices from flowing over.
  • Bake on bottom rack of oven 50-60 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
