  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and fry for 5 minutes.
  • Mix sour cream, half-and-half, cornstarch, lemon juice, parsley, chive, cheeses, pepper, paprika and salt together.
  • Add salmon to skillet let cook for a few minutes, then add all other ingredients. Cook for about 10 minutes or until salmon is fork tender.
  • Meanwhile, bring large pot of water to boil, then lightly salt. Add noodles, cook for about 12 minutes. Drain. Toss with salmon sauce. Can be topped with more parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
