  • 1. Cook fettuccine as directed on package. Drain. Grill chicken or shrimp.
  • 2. Meanwhile, in large skillet, melt butter with oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic; cook 1 minute. Add bell pepper, green onions, parsley and flour; cook and stir 1 minute.
  • 3. Gradually stir in milk; blend well. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Cook 3 to 5 minutes until sauce thickens, stirring constantly.
  • 4. Remove skillet from heat; stir in basil and oregano. Add cooked fettuccine and chicken or shrimp; toss to coat. Sprinkle with cheese.
