  • Prepare your fish filets by first coating in flour, then egg, then your bread crumbs. Fry in pan with extra virgin olive oil till med brown and slightly crispy.
  • Meanwhile shred your cabbage. Get all toppings ready: salsa, spicy ranch, cabbage, cheese (optional).
  • Lastly, fry your corn tortillas just for a few minutes to heat through till not quite crisp. Build your taco with 1/2 or full fish filet, spicy ranch, salsa and cabbage and a squirt of lime!

My husband and I made this recipe up, and we loved it!! They were so good, and so fun to make with all the different toppings you can choose from, cheese, beans, salsa, whatever kind of sauce you may enjoy, but we highly recommend the spicy ranch topped off with a squirt of fresh lime! YUM!!!
