  • Start off sauteing the chicken first in olive oil.
  • Then saute the onion and peppers first and then add the veggies and chicken. If it needs more liquid, add a little water or chicken broth.


The great thing is you can not do it wrong and you can do it a million different ways. We serve it over a brown basmati rice or our latest favorite is a whole wheat angel hair pasta. All of the ingredients can be changed and you can put how ever much of one veggie you like. This is impossible to mess up!
