  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Pre-bake crust for crispier crust. Heat 1 tsp. of olive oil in skillet, brown chicken in olive oil - move to plate. Add another tsp. of olive oil and butter to pan. Add onions and cook until caramelized (yet crisp).
  • Assemble pizza - crust, Alfredo sauce, chopped spinach, chopped chicken, sliced caramelized onions and mozzarella cheese. Top with 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, paprika and parsley flakes.
  • Bake 10-12 minutes at 375. End with 1-2 minutes under low broiler to brown cheese.


This recipe can also be layered with lasagna noodles for chicken Florentine lasagna with caramelized onions. Delicious recipe - great way to get kids to eat spinach!
