  • In 2 quart sauce pan melt marshmallows into milk over low heat. Remove from heat and mix in semi-sweet morsels, blend well then set in fridge to cool.
  • In mixer whip heavy whipping cream till stiff. Add about 3/4 of the stiffened cream to the cooled chocolate/marshmallow mixture and blend till consistent and set back in fridge.
  • Next, soften margarine and add to shredded cookies, and mold into pie pan as a crust. Add mixture to pie shell. Return to fridge.
  • Take remaining whipped cream and whip in vanilla and sugar then layer on top of pie. Very thinly slice truffle and sprinkle on top, chill for one hour and serve.
