  • Mix all ingredients with a spatula until just mixed. Do not mix too long.
  • Pour into a glass pan sprayed with PAM or other vegetable spray
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool and slice. Serve with sugar free fat free Cool Whip.

Notes

To make really special, split brownies and spread sugar free, fat free chocolate pudding in the middle and top with fresh raspberries and Cool Whip. We use this for birthday cakes for the diabetics in the family. These are very cakelike and not gooey. My family loves them since we have dieters, diabetics and small children who love to eat sweets and chocolate.

    worst thing I ever put in my mouth. These were awful. They had the texture of rubber. Even my grandkids wouldn't eat them.

    I thought these tasted OK, but my husband didn't like them at all. The texture was spongy.
