  • Beat eggs well with a bit of water or milk. Add salt and pepper. Dip bread slices in egg mixture and make french toast in skillet. Reserve leftover egg mixture.
  • Spread mustard on one side of slices and put browned sausage or hamburger on slices. Put cheese on top of meat.
  • Pull diagonal ends of slices together to create a stuffed triangle and secure with toothpick.
  • Pour leftover egg mixture on top of slices and put on a cookie sheet. Heat in 325 degree oven for 5 - 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.


You can put syrup on it if you like. I prefer it without.
