  • Chop cabbage into small pieces. Place in a large enough pan along with the ground beef and add pepper. Cook until cabbage is done; drain.
  • While this is draining, roll out biscuits flat. Place a large spoon of cabbage and beef in center of biscuit and pinch closed. Do this with all the biscuits in the can. Bake as direction on biscuit can.

Special Equipment Needed


I prefer to use the large or a.k.a grand type buttermilk biscuits. Also it calls for pepper but some not liking the hot spicy taste it can be pepper lightly. The first time I made this I had to use 4 cans of biscuits. My kids couldn't get enough and they hated cabbage.
