  • Prepare rice according to package directions. While rice is cooking, in a medium skillet or wok, heat oil. Saute onions and green onions. Set aside 2 tablespoons of green onion for garnishing later.
  • Add shrimp to skillet or wok, saute with onions. Add garlic powder and soy sauce. Scramble eggs separately and set aside.
  • Add steamed rice to mixture in skillet or wok. Add scrambled eggs and more soy sauce (1-2 Tablespoons); mix well. Garnish with green onion.

Notes

This recipe may be doubled or tripled. Use as a main dish for dinner or a dinner party.
