To make sour milk, take 1 cup of milk and add 1/4 tsp. of vinegar.
My secret is to mix in one ingredient in at a time until you have all ingredients mixed in. Then I refrigerate overnight and make the cookies in the morning.
And use the Butter Cream Frosting to top the cookies, it makes them melt in your mouth!
