  • ~ Crust ~
  • Mix butter, walnuts, and flour together. Make sure the dough is not wet, just enough so the dough packs well together. Spray a pan with non-stick cooking spray, and pack the dough in the bottom of the pan. Bake at 350'F until golden brown. When baked let cool.
  • ~ 1st Layer ~
  • Mix one of the tubs of cool whip, all of the cream cheese, and the powdered sugar together. When it has all been mixed add it on top of the baked crust, and spread evenly. Place it in the freezer for 30 min.
  • ~ 2nd Layer ~
  • Take both packages of the vanilla pudding and follow the direction on the back of the box. After that has been done, add this mixture to the first layer and spread evenly. Place it in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  • ~ 3rd Layer ~
  • Add the last tub of Cool Whip to the second layer, spread evenly and garnish with crushed walnuts, mini chocolate chips, and drizzle melted chocolate on top. Place in freezer until ready to serve. When it comes time to serve take out the cake from the freezer and let sit at room temperature for one hour.
