  • Either make graham cracker crust or buy one pre-made. Chill can of evaporated milk until cold. Chill metal mixing bowl if possible.
  • Once evaporated milk is chilled, pour into mixing bowl and whip until peaks form. Add in sugar and favorite flavor of Kool-Aid continue mixing until blended.
  • Pour evaporated milk mixture into graham cracker crust and freeze for at least 3 hours. Remove from freezer cut and serve pie.

I found this recipe many years ago on a Kool-Aid calendar and have used it every since. My favorite flavors of Kool-Aid are grape or strawberry. Orange makes a good sherbert tasting pie. Lime makes almost like a key-lime pie.
