  • Preheat oven to 350 degree F. In large bowl combine ingredients in order listed. Mix well.
  • Spray a 13" x 9" pan with non stick cooking spray. Pour mixture into pan.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack. Cut into 16 equal bars.

Notes

To those who are cutting calories, use non-fat evaporated milk and unsweetened applesauce. You can also use reduced calorie margarine.
