  • In a large bowl, thoroughly mix kiwis, apples, strawberries, white sugar, brown sugar, and fruit preserves. Cover and chill in refrigerator for at least 15 min.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly coat one side of each tortilla with olive oil. Cut into wedges. Sprinkle wedges with desired amount of cinnamon sugar.
  • Bake for 8-10 min. Allow wedges to cool for approximately 15 min. Serve with chilled fruit mixture.
