  • In a Large skillet on med heat, heat 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the onions and the diced garlic. Saute until almost brown, and then remove from the pan.
  • Add the cut up chicken, parsley flakes, cayenne pepper, and the paprika to the skillet. Cook till chicken turns brown.
  • Then take the onion and garlic, and mix it into the whipping cream. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and whisk very well till cream looks like its thickening. Then pour it all into the skillet. Add the pasta shells to the mixture, stir frequently, and reduce heat to Low. Then when shells are tender, take off heat and add parmesan cheese on top.


When cooking the chicken breast it will cook very fast, so have all the things you need handy. If you want a stronger taste, add a little white cooking wine. When done the sauce should look a light pink. This is a great meal, enjoy!
