  • Peel shrimp and marinate with chopped ginger, garlic and sherry or white wine. Cover in a bowl.
  • Cut portebello mushroom in 1/2 and then slice.
  • Heat 2 Tbsp. oil in wok over med heat. Add matchstick ginger, sliced garlic and red onion and cook for several min.
  • Add mushrooms and broccoli, raise heat to med high and add shrimp. Cook quickly till pink. Add 1/2 cup white wine. Cook for about 1 or 2 minutes and serve with white rice.
