  • Melt butter in a pan and sauté chopped up baby bella mushrooms (use regular mushrooms if baby bella are not available in store) on medium-low until mushrooms are a deep brown color. (The longer you cook them the better they taste!)
  • Throw in fresh green beans (stems on or off) and crush or chop garlic into pan.
  • Pour in white cooking wine (or regular white wine) and cook on high heat for about 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper and enjoy!

This recipe is meant to have crisp green beans - if not to your liking, just keep them in the pan longer! Green beans turn out to be very garlicky so keep some gum on hand :)
