  • BLEND broth into cornstarch in saucepan; stir in sugar, ketchup and vinegar. Cook and stir over high heat until mixture boils and thickens. Remove from heat.
  • THREAD pork, mushrooms and onion alternately onto 4 long skewers.
  • GRILL kabobs over medium heat for 20 min. or until done, turning and brushing often with broth mixture. Place tomato on each skewer.
  • HEAT remaining broth mixture to a boil. Serve with kabobs and rice.


TIP: *1 can (14 oz.) Swanson® Chicken Broth and 2 cloves garlic, minced may be substituted. Grilled pork and vegetable kabobs are basted with a savory sauce combining Swanson® Seasoned Chicken Broth with Roasted Garlic, ketchup, vinegar and brown sugar. Adding 2 garlic cloves can be substituted for chicken broth with garlic.
