  • 1. Peel & devein shrimp, then boil until pink, and cut into small pieces.
  • 2. Cream cheese must be at room temperature.
  • 3. Cut and prep: scallions (save a few for garnish around ball), radishes, garlic. Add to cheese mixture. Add salt, pepper, and shrimp to cream cheese as well. Mix thoroughly with hands until all is incorporated.
  • 4. Roll into ball and place on tin foiled lined pan. Garnish.
  • 5. Sensitive to garlic, cut back on it, same with scallions.
  • 6. Refrigerate.
  • 7. When ready to serve, take out 30 minutes prior to devouring.


My family cannot get enough of this. You can also use fresh crab, cooked oysters, clams. Whatever your preference. I hope you will enjoy this.
