  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line 9x13 metal pan with foil for easier clean up. In medium mixing bowl, combine spaghetti sauce and water. Stir to mix. Set aside. In large mixing bowl, combine Kraft Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese and 8 oz. (about 1/2 pkg.) Kraft Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, along with Kraft Shredded Colby Cheese with bread crumbs, egg, olives, garlic and Italian seasoning. Mix well with hands.
  • Pour 1/4 of the spaghetti sauce and water mixture into bottom of foil lined pan. Stuff cheese mixture gently into uncooked manicotti shells and lay them in 9x13 pan, eight stuffed shells across and four horizontal along edge.
  • Bake covered in preheated oven for 1 1/2 hours. Lift off cover and top with remainder of Kraft Mozzarella. Bake an additional 15 min. or till cheese is melted. Serve hot with garlic bread and salad.


This is my family’s' favorite recipe for "meatless" night. It is filling and really hits the spot for an Italian craving. I especially like it since the oven does most of the work. My family starts drooling when they come home and this dish has been in the oven for at least 45 minutes. To spice up this recipe, try using Kraft Pepper Jack Cheese instead. Use less fat cheeses when possible for lower-fat recipe. I fill the empty spaghetti sauce jar with water for easy measuring and cleanse jar of sauce.
