  • Mix broth, preserves, onion and mustard in slow cooker. Add pork and turn to coat.
  • Cover and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours or until done.
  • (Optional) After cooking pork, remove from cooker. Mix cornstarch and water and stir into cooker. Cover and cook on high for 10 minutes or until mixture boils and thickens. This will make a thicker sauce.

Notes

Serve it with vegetable combination and mashed potatoes. For dessert serve Neapolitan ice cream.

    This was a good dish. Not the best but it was good. I think cooking it for 9 hours was just too long.

    Very good...I used apricot preserves and added pineapples...everyone loved it.
