I like to make this in the morning, and let it marinate in the fridge while I'm at work.
This is the dish all of my friends beg for when they come for dinner.
This was so delicious! I made it for valentines dinner with some rice pilaf...and instead of making it into bite sized pieces for skewers i just baked it whole and topped it all off with the left over juices...
It was so good..I loved it and my husband loved it, will definately make it again!
