  • Preheat 325°F. Combine crumbs, butter and 1/4 cup sugar in a bowl. Remove 1 cup for topping. Press remaining onto bottom of 13x9 pan. Sprinkle 3/4 cup of mixed morsels over crust.
  • Beat cream cheese, remaining sugar, flour and vanilla. Add eggs 1 at a time. Beat till smooth. Pour over crust. Sprinkle with remaining morsels, topping crumbs, and remaining morsels.
  • Bake 25-30 min. Cool completely on wire rack. Refrigerate. Cut into bars.

Notes

This is a very easy cheesecake to make that you don't have to mess with springform pans. Out of all the cheesecakes I have made this is my husband and my Wednesday nite church supper group favorite.
