  • For glaze: in a small bowl, stir the mustard & preserves together; set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, beat egg with fork. Stir in oats, celery, dried fruit (if desired), salt & pepper. Add ground turkey; mix well. Shape the turkey mixture into 4 (3/4 inch thick) patties.
  • Grill patties on uncovered grill, over medium heat 14 to 18 minutes or until no longer pink (165°F. internal temperature) turning once halfway through grilling, brushing with glaze during the last minute of grilling. Brush any remaining glaze onto patties. Serve on buns with your favorite condiments. ENJOY!!
