  • Drain cherries, pat dry chop set aside. Put banana slices in lemon juice to prevent turning brown.
  • Mix rice & crushed pineapple in bowl. Blend in 1/2 Cool Whip, add more if needed. Drain bananas and fold into rice mixture with cherries.
  • Chill until serving.

Notes

Best to make same day. Blend ingredients as close to serving time as possible. My mother made this at Christmas every year.
