These chops become very tender (almost melt in your mouth) and the taste is fantastic. If you don't like mushrooms, you can change the condensed soup and make it with cream of celery, asparagus or red peppers and change the topping accordingly. I have made it many ways and it is always delicious- no matter which combination I have used.
It goes great with a serving of mashed sweet potatoes and a green salad. Good supper for a weeknight because it practically makes itself.
