  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Cut cream cheese into 20 equal cubes. Press biscuits out with your fingers and sprinkle each with 1/2 tsp. cinnamon sugar. Place one cube of cream cheese in the center and wrap biscuit around cube. Seal edges so the sugar doesn't spill out. Melt brown sugar and butter in a saucepan over low heat; stirring often. Remove from heat.
  • Spray bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray. Sprinkle 1/2 cup walnuts into the bundt pan. Place 6 of the prepared biscuits into the pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 remaining cinnamon sugar and pour half butter mixture over biscuits. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup walnuts. Stagger remaining prepared biscuits on top of bottom layer. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon sugar, butter mixture and walnuts.
  • Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Place large platter on top and invert. You may need to tap bottom of bundt pan to make sure nothing sticks.
