  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Brown beef in skillet with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and minced onion. Drain grease and return beef to skillet. Remove from heat.
  • Blend in 2 cups Italian cheese blend or mozzarella along with garlic powder, oregano and Italian dressing.
  • Pour enough spaghetti sauce into 9x9 pan to cover bottom generously. Stuff each UNCOOKED manicotti with meat/cheese mixture until full.
  • Place side by side in pan and pour the rest of the spaghetti sauce over stuffed manicotti. Top with remaining cup of cheese.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake in oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

You can customize this recipe by adding real onion, green pepper, or mushrooms - or double it for bigger crowds - whatever you choose! My boyfriend is a really picky eater, I made this recipe up last week and tried it and he went back for not only seconds but thirds and wants me to make it again this week! I was even impressed myself thinking dang this is really good! I've got to share this recipe! Try it, rate it and let me know what you think.
