This is pretty much the same receipe that was on the Baker's Chocolate box many years ago. I have changed it a bit and use 3 squares of unsweetened chocolate. It works well to beat the eggs very well and then gradually add the sugar beating well. My family has always liked it with a basic powdered sugar frosting (powdered sugar, milk, butter and vanilla) and topped with sprinkles. I bake it in a 9 x 9 pan. My grandmother and mother made the same brownies.
