Grandma Davis' Overnight Salad

  • Wash and cut grapes in half. Put into large bowl.
  • Combine juice of lemon, egg and flour in a small pan. Cook on stove just until thickened. Add to grapes and stir. If too thick you can thin with juice of pineapple.
  • Drain pineapple and add to mixture. Whip cream until stiff. Add to grape mixture. Add marshmallows and stir.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight. Enjoy!! You can also add walnuts if desired.
