  • Mix all fruit together in medium sized mixing bowl. Add a few squirts of lemon and lime juice. This will add a little flavor and keep apples from browning.
  • In a separate medium sized bowl, mix cream cheese, mayo, sour cream and sugar together. You may have to use an electric mixer to get it well blended.
  • Add cream cheese mixture to fruit, mix and refrigerate until ready to serve. Should last about a week in the fridge.


You can add any fruits you like to this recipe. Nuts are also a nice add for this recipe. I think the mayo go best with apples though. I also use reduced fat for the cheese, mayo and sour cream.
